Casey & Michelle Hutchinson, owners of the landmark destination Diner, Sunshine Café recognized the need for a mid-market priced, neighborhood pasta place with an emphasis on unique, quick-fire pasta dishes, generous portions, fresh & homemade sauces, fresh baked bread and friendly efficient service. Johnny Pasta’s opened for Lunch & Dinner in September of 2007 and quickly became a regional favorite in the West Valley less than 1 mile from Palm Springs .
